What a crazy life I have. I know I keep saying that, but I think it's because I am hoping (mostly in vain) that if I keep complaining it will get less crazy. No such luck though. This last week I had my first AP test experience. NOT FUN. Not even a tiny bit.  Four hours of pure torture. Seriously. I got a migraine after. The best news? I had another one today! Love my life. :)

This week is also my best friend's wedding (much less glamorous and funny than the movie, I promise). It's also my birthday. And my first parade as Miss Hyrum. And possibly the Sunday I speak in church as a "Graduating Senior" I'm planning on taking a REAL long nap as soon as this week is over!

Graduation is right around the corner. Literally. I am so excited. :) Did I tell ya'll I will be speaking? Well, not like you are imagining right now, but still. :) I am part of the valedictorian group that does a skit. We are the Departmental Speakers. I didn't think it would happen, but I AM graduating High School with a 4.0!!! I think I deserve a gold star. :) Or just the white ribbons I will get to wear during Graduation. That's good enough for me. :)

This week has FINALLY felt like spring. Maybe even Spring with a little Summer on the way. And I can't wait! This summer hopefully has a lot of new and exciting things in store for me. This last week I've been studying outside in the warm weather. I even got a little teeny tiny bit sunburned!!

I'm sure you've all heard by now, but my mom is doing GREAT! She had a bi-lateral mastectomy on Tuesday April 26th. They tested her lymph nodes to see if the cancer had spread anywhere, and both tests came back negative. They also told her that the chances of her cancer spreading or coming back is less than 2%. She's too young for all of this. We all are. I feel like I am too young to be worried about cleaning the house and doing dishes and making dinner for the whole fam, all the while taking care of my Mom and trying to stay on top of school. I know I couldn't have made it through the last couple of weeks without the support of the rest of my family and our great friends and neighbors. :)
